We Say Goodbye to a Talented Writer and Friend

Recently, we learned that our dear friend and talented writer, Dale Gillespie, passed away in March 2025. He contributed to the original script concepts for Tales of Mytherwrel. This takes us back to when the story was intended to be a first-season animated series of shorts that we could introduce to fans. However, plans changed, and instead of abandoning Mytherwrel, we adapted the scripts into a comic book series. Dale will be forever missed, and his work on Tales of Mytherwrel will live on.

In his honour, we have introduced a new character who will appear in Issue #3.

A decade ago, the team initiated a unique interview segment to let future fans see and learn about the cast and crew. Here’s the link to the video for anyone interested in watching.

The WEST COAST COMIC CON
